Zanai Bhosle, granddaughter of legendary singer Asha Bhosle, broke down in tears at her grandmother’s funeral, leaving everyone emotional. The iconic singer passed away on April 12 due to multiple organ failure after being hospitalised for a chest infection. During the funeral on April 13, the veteran singer’s granddaughter Zanai Bhosle was seen crying uncontrollably, while Riteish Deshmukh, Tabu and others were seen consoling her. As visuals from the funeral surfaced, people became curious to know more about Zanai, her background, and her growing presence in music and films. 

Who Is Zanai Bhosle?

Zanai Bhosle is the daughter of Asha Bhosle's son, Anand Bhosle and daughter-in-law Anuja Bhosle. Zanai was born on January 16, 2002, and is currently 24 years old. She also has a brother named Ranjai Bhosle. Coming from a legendary musical family, Zanai has always been in the public eye.

Zanai Bhosle's Education And Early Exposure

According to reports, Zanai Bhosle studied at the prestigious Institut Le Rosey in Switzerland. She has often appeared alongside her grandmother at public events, where her charm and elegance caught attention.

Zanai has already explored music and lent her voice to songs like Kehndi Hai and Saiya Bina. Her soft voice and modern style reflected a blend of tradition and contemporary music.

Zanai is all set to make her acting debut with The Pride of Bharat – Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. In the film, she will play Rani Sai Bhosle, wife of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Directed by Sandeep Singh, the historical drama is scheduled to release on January 21, 2027.
