Television Actresses Who Died By Suicide: The recent demise of television actress Sanchita Ugale, has once again put a spotlight on the personal struggles of many young actors behind the glamour of the entertainment industry. Several promising television actresses over the years have been shockingly taken to suicide, leaving fans and colleagues in shock. These talented stars, from Sanchita Ugale and Tunisha Sharma to Pratyusha Banerjee and Vaishali Takkar, left their mark with their work before they passed away tragically young.

1. Sanchita Ugale

Known for shows such as Kumkum Bhagya, Dilwali Dulha Le Jayegi, Saajan Ghar, and Wagle Ki Duniya, and films like Chhava Sanchita Ugale died on June 14, 2026, at the age of 22. Reports stated that she had been dealing with personal and mental health struggles before her death.

2. Vaishali Takkar

Best known for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Sasural Simar Ka, and Rakshabandhan, Vaishali Takkar died by suicide on October 15, 2022, at age 30. Police reportedly recovered a note, and news reports linked her distress to alleged harassment by a former boyfriend.

3. Tunisha Sharma

Tunisha Sharma gained popularity through *Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul, Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, and Ishq Subhan Allah. The actress died on December 24, 2022, at the age of 20. Reports suggested she had been experiencing emotional distress following personal relationship issues.

4. Pratyusha Banerjee
