ISRO JRF Fellowship Registration 2026: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has opened the registration portal for MTech, ME, and MSc graduates to register for fellowships 2026. The fellowship program is offered through the UR Rao Satellite Centre (URSC), Bengaluru. Eligible candidates need to log in to the official portal at isro.gov.in and complete their online registrations before the deadline. The last date for registration is July 11, 2026.

How To Apply For Fellowship Programs?

Candidates can use the following steps to apply for the fellowships through the official website.

Step 1: Visit the ISRO’s official website at isro.gov.in.

Step 2: Under the career section, open the registration link.

Step 3: Enter your email ID and basic details to register.

Step 4: Fill in your personal, academic, and community information.

Step 5: Pay the application fee through online payment modes.

Step 6: Carefully review all details and then submit the application form.

ISRO JRF Fellowship Registration 2026: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates need to meet the following eligibility criteria before applying for the fellowships:

1. Those applying for the JRF-E1 to JRF-E12 and JRF-M1 to JRF-M3 must have an ME/MTech/MSc (Engg.) or equivalent PG degree from a recognized university. Applicants must have passed in First Class and must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 out of 10. 

2. Applicants applying for JRF-E13 should have either MSc degree with First Class and a minimum of 65% marks (CGPA 6.84/10) or MTech/equivalent postgraduate degree with First Class and at least 60% marks (CGPA 6.5/10). 

They must have also qualified the CSIR-UGC NET (including Lectureship), GATE or any equivalent national-level exam conducted by the DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IITs, IISc, IISERs, and NISER. Additionally, JAM and JEST exam scorecards are also considered.
